The weekend was a great success again thanks to your contributions.
We had blistering sets from The Ian Parker Band, Drifter and Big Jim and his Gumbo Shakers to mention a few and all the artistes put great sets together for the occasion.
We didn’t get round to all venues over the weekend but we know beer was running out at here and there and there was plenty of life in the Village.
Special thanks go to all the sponsors who make the event possible and to Simon from Think Creative who generated all the publicity materials.
Behind the scenes Rotary were busy selling raffle tickets by the hundreds and we will have a substantial charity donation confirmed in the next few days, thanks to Keith and Clive.
Signage, gazebos and chief moaner goes to Charlie. Keith has become the new logistics manager or as we call him “the Roadie”. Great sound engineering from Terry, Anthony and Mobberley.
Just come off the phone from Adele’s management team and she won’t appear for us next year, which is good news…..
See you all next year!!
